• Within Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada (EMEAC), drove the infrastructure standardization and optimization efforts in Commercial, Manufacturing and Basic Research facilities across two dozen countries resulting in a >50% reduction of infrastructure footprint and cost, while improving reliability and support (thru 3rd party relationships for core utility infrastructure). • Led Regional and Country Infrastructure organization realignment allowing for global and regional resource optimization• Managed over $45M OpEx and CapEx budget, as well as over 150 direct/indirect resources across 20 markets.

• Across Latin America, through country and regional strategic plans, drove consistency of applications, processes and support models across region-wide commercial, manufacturing and clinical sites. • Established a consistent pan-regional web-presence focused on a diverse customer base (Patients, Physicians, Pharmacists, and Public Affairs).• The Global/Local Strategy allowed for consistency in message, marketing material, and reuse of company on-line assets and Journals, while allowing for customization of marketing campaigns for local audiences.• Enabled Internet-only Marketing campaigns, integrated with e-Detailing and customer call centers for remote Sales Territories.• Established regional customer centric strategy linking CRM systems with the market’s customer-facing Internet presence, and Customer Call Center channels to enable a consistent single view of the customer. • Co-led program aimed at providing market and regional sales/marketing information analytics, combining internal and external data sources.• Co-Led regional program enabling sales and marketing based investment trade-off analyses, inclusive of product life-cycle and competitive data assumptions, in support of annual profit plan cycle.
