Been working for more than 30 years into the contact center business. Mainly started with giving support on all Avaya products (Pabx, IVR, CMS and CTI integrations) locally and move quickly to European and Global support. During my first years in the company we started a lot of new sites and implemented the telecom contact center solutions for a lot of our clients. This helped me to learn how to work in a multi-language/culture company.. After some years I took the role as EMEA Application manager were I was responsible for all CTI and IVR solution within EMEA. Was leading a team which was spread over the Globe (France, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Manila, Morocco etc (Offshore and Nearshore)).As from end 2013, I took the role as VP ICT Innovation at In2com. The main Challenge is to build our engagement center solution. This by implementing new Technologies into the contact center business. Like integration of Social Media, Digital profiling, Mobile solution, BI, Bots, AI etc.
