Ran the HR call center (35,000 calls/year) and several centralized processing functions. This included: background screening, random drug testing program, open enrollment, SAP employee processing. Led a group of 9 employees on a daily basis, assigning tasks and priorities.- Responsible for the reporting function involving all aspects of HR data. Gained a thorough understanding of the Oracle HR module, and provided advanced reports for senior management.- Developed a metrics dashboard for our HR Vice President, which was adapted for HR Senior Management.
