This included taking phone orders, processing season ticket orders, handling group sales and managing web orders. Traveled to various away contests as a ticket office representative for Football and Men's/Women's Basketball. Also managed pass lists and orchestrated proper protocol by working with our Compliance Office to reduce/eliminate violations. Left this position to fill the newly created position of Assistant Director of Ticket Operations/Athletics Ticket Manager. Position was created when Athletics Ticket Office was created to oversee University-wide ticket sales.

Managed the ticket office for the High-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates (Now an affiliate of the Cleveland Indians). Handled game day staffing, processed season ticket orders and managed/expanded the capability of on-line web sales. Also kept daily database of tickets sold, attendance and complimentary tickets given away and redeemed.
