This project eventually led to the migration to a full ERP system encompassing all aspects of accounting (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Student Billing, Fixed Assets), fundraising, and student records management for which I was responsible for all aspects of implementation.• Worked closely with the finance department and Comerica and Wells Fargo banks to establish ACH payment system for student billing and merchant accounts for credit card processing• Migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 with zero impact to end-users• Replaced 100+ PC fat clients with WYSE thin client terminals utilizing Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp all hypervised on XenServer• Introduced 1:1 netbook program in grades 6-8 (250 students)• Responsible for managing the deployment of the $300K+ “GET SMART” classroom technology fundraiser in 2009 which introduced interactive whiteboards, new LCD projectors, Extron A/V switching systems, speech reinforcement, and i>clicker student response systems to all K-8 classrooms• Replaced Inter-Tel Axxess TDM phone system with AVAYA IP Phone system utilizing Microsoft Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging
