Tasked with rebuilding the athletic program of one of Beijing's best International Schools following the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions that shut down interscholastic sports for over a year. Worked with an outstanding and gifted team of sports coaches to help the students to the most successful period in school sports history. Doubled the participation in sports amongst the student body and added several new teams and programs. Planned and hosted the first end of year athletic awards banquet in school history.

Tasked with building a competitive comprehensive athletic program. In spite of the challenges brought on by the global pandemic, 2020-2021 was the most successful sports year in school history.

Member of the founding team of Hurtwood House Qingdao, an exemplary bilingual campus in Qingdao, Shandong, China. My role was to create and direct the physical education and sport programs in the school while establishing working relationships with outside sports vendors and coaches, creating ties with other schools in the area and throughout China, and building an enthusiastic culture of sport within the campus community.

Responsible for working with administration team to develop an interscholastic sports program that will become the preeminent such program in the region, while also directing the PE program for grades 1-8 and teaching MS geography.

Responsible for observing, selecting, and training of the top HS age baseball players in Kuwait for the purpose of international competition.

I provide expertise relating to communication in churches, schools, and workplaces with an emphasis on cross-cultural communication strategies and organizational culture. Also offer an experienced voice in the areas of leadership development and improving workplace morale.
