As the Inside Sales Manager I supervised the Inside Sales Account Managers and the Sales Support Team. Using my prior 18 years of CCI Engineering experience and company history I managed, guided and assisted the team with any customer issues that were out of the scope of the AM's abilities or control. Managed the priority schedule and IFS ERP system accordingly. Communicated with the Outside Sales Team, Management and Operations Leaders as changes and updates were made or new projects were released. During the first half of this time period I was also a Core Team Member of the IFS Implementation Group. The implementation took place during the second half of my tenure. After over 31 years at CCI I made the decision to leave CCI to take my current position at Plast-O-Matic Valves. CCI was and will continue to be a great company, but I needed to step aside to regain a sustainable work / life balance.

As an Account Manager we are the main contact person with our customers. All new projects are quoted through the Account Managers and upon kickoff we manage these projects through our system. We strive to be the voice, eyes and ears of our customer within CCI. Our goal is to have our customer feel as if CCI is an extension of their company.

Designed, developed and maintained CCI's core product infrastructure. I began my career at CCI in what was called Documentation this also included working on revising existing and drawing new parts and assemblies for our product lines. The position evolved to my running the Documentation and the R&D area (as it was known as then). Eventually the Documentation responsibilities were removed so that my team could focus on the existing product database and creating new product.
