Quality intern responsible for the process of receipt, registration, and assignment of complaints samples for both reportable and non reportable status. Active participant in the investigation and resolution of some complaints. In charge of a project to validate the correct execution of final product inspection process.- Improvement of the quality in a product line, through statistical validation and training of inspectors in basic metrology topics.- 10% reduction in pending complaints to be closed and 80% reduction in pending complaints to be assigned.
