For the last nine years prior I have performed as Customer Success Manager (CSM) supporting enterprise-wide, mission-critical SaaS solutions in major enterprise accounts averaging $15 million cloud contract value. During this time, I've developed the skills to successfully navigate the complex organizational, technical, and project environments common in such accounts. I've achieved necessary adoption, value-realization, revenue growth, and account retention through close customer relationships, excellent internal relationships, and development of cohesive, well-aligned account teams that work in concert to achieve customer and company objectives. I've been a key contributor to Genesys ongoing cultural transformation process. Co-founded the Employee Resource Group Genesys Latinx in Tech, or GLiT, and served as co-chair for two years. Member of the North American Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council. As member of Best Places to Work application team wrote two key culture essays for our successful submission, as well as participation in internal workstreams to improve employee experience.
