We've entered the share economy marketplace by designing and launching an APP for 15-25-year-olds to rent and borrow clothes. It's a really interesting space I'm feeling confident in - I run two Airbnb properties so am very familiar with their tech and have a 17-year-old daughter who would prefer to wear a new outfit for every occasion. I'd prefer her to rent than buy and she can afford this as she has a part-time job. High Street Runway hit the app store earlier 2018 and was tested in the Brisbane market. We've hit some barriers, pivoted around them and are constantly improving and updating so the platform is humming. In May 2019 we have 7500 sign-ups, 4500 listings and have had over 2000 orders. I've partnered with good friend and long-term client, Renee Lee who had the idea. I really liked it, and I'm along for the ride. We've got a different yet complimentary skill set and we're both really excited about where High Street Runway can go.

I worked for 15 years in a small communications unit within the Queensland Government with a very limited budget so I am resourceful.
