I have been privileged to serve with great people in a variety of roles throughout the years as an author, university dean & professor, minister, missionary, speaker, consultant & humanitarian. Currently I am the executive director of Roads of Hope, a non-profit organization that serves on the front-lines of human trafficking 365 days each year. Our primary focus is in preventing orphaned children & teenagers from being trafficked by providing the kids with safe housing in a loving environment. A little overview of my experience during my 25+ year career are as follows:-Spoken to more than 2,300 audiences on three continents including: NASA, Coca-Cola, Aflac, NFL, Olympic athletes, educators, medical admins, corporate execs, civic groups, colleges, churches, retreats, & men's events. Some of my favorites have been to America's inner-city youth.- Worked as exec. dean & asst. professor of the School of Christian Ministries at University of Mobile. My students became the largest volunteer group in the state of Alabama and were the first university or seminary to take the Gospel to all 50 states in one academic year. - Served as founding director of University of Mobile's Center for Leadership providing 750,000+ inspirational emails pertaining to leaders across America.- Served 20+ years in leadership at churches of various sizes in Florida, North Carolina and Alabama.- Founded several non-profit organizations including Winners Influence which assisted NFL players & leaders to use their platform of influence in positive ways. - Authored two books and was a contributing author to a book by Pat Williams, senior vp of the Orlando Magic. - Wrote weekly leadership devotionals to NFL executives, coaches, and scouts which became the most read devotion in all of professional sports. - Led & organized volunteer projects to help orphans, disaster victims and the impoverished providing $1,500,000+ in services & aid.- Served as private adviser, confidant, and consultant to hundreds of leaders in the fields of government, business, education, and professional sports.- Traveled, spoken or provided assistance in 23 nations on three continents.
