Hi, I'm JoeI am currently VP Client Solutions, formerly Head of Professional Services, at OpenDialog.ai, a conversational AI and AI agent SaaS product business based in the UK. I'm responsible for customer delivery of complex conversational AI projects, from discovery and initial strategy through the all delivery phases and on into successful live service.I joined OpenDialog in the first few weeks of start-up as Head of Professional Services, latterly VP Client Solutions, with sole responsibility for client delivery and professional services in artificial intelligence projects. We have delivered projects for clients in the UK, in Europe and North America, and organisations with a global reach in regulated industries — insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, public sector. Whilst here, I have developed a robust end-to-end customer operating system derived from previous stages of my career delivering large, complex, and essential public digital projects for UK central government: a modular project delivery process model to give effective support to projects for clients of various sizes and different stages of digital and AI-adoption maturity. OpenDialog is the winner of 'Emerging Technology of the Year' at the UK IT Industry Awards, 2023. In Autumn 2023, OpenDialog achieved Series A funding — an essential component of the due diligence process was the client delivery and professional services, which were entirely my responsibility.
