W Verbier is the first W Alpine Hotel & Residences opening December 2013.As Rooms Division Manager I was responsible for pre-opening short and long term planning and operations of the rooms and other related areas. In addition, I was accountable in providing recommendation in budget and manage expenses/margins within approved budget constraints and comply with all pre-opening Standards. Furthermore, I managed the inventory as well and organized the delivery schedule for Rooms related OS&E & Supplies while ensuring Quality Assurance standards for the W brand to guarantee compliance on systems, services and products.Moreover, i was responsible to review the layout, traffic flow, pricing, hours of operations and branded requirement for housekeeping, Welcome Office, Concierge & Guest Service and Spa facilities.

Shared with my duties at W Verbier and at The Westin Valencia, I was selected to be part of the EAME Rooms Support Group. The Group was composed in such a way to provide operational expertise and guidance to our hotel teams and operations in EAME.The aim was to act as an extension of our divisional Rooms support and assist with any Rooms related questions or operational concerns to any other hotel within the company.

After my experience as Executive Housekeeper, I led Rooms Division department.During this time I was responsible for short and long term planning and day-to-day operations in the rooms related areas providing guidance in respect to standards by ensuring guest and associate satisfaction, working together with our HR department to enhance Labor Unions collaboration

I started working at The Westin Valencia as part of the Pre-Opening team for the Front Office department. After 6 months I acted as Guest Relation Manager and then as the Hotel Executive Housekeeper. In this position, I was responsible for a team of 30 associates, delivering training, motivation and ensuring all Westin Standards were accomplished while maintaining highest quality. As head of department, I was accountable for the departmental goals working together with other departments to enhance Guest Satisfaction. Tasks as cost control, ordering supplies, laundry control, or roster schedules were walking together to achieve my goals leading the team.

I started my Starwood career working as part of the Concierge Team at The Westin Dublin. After 8 months I became Front Desk Agent. In this position I was responsible in increasing guest satisfaction by providing a professional service and accomplishing Front and Back office tasks and goals

As shift leader, I worked in Marina D’Or Resort (3, 4, 5 star hotels and apartments) taking responsibility of Front and Back Office duties while ensuring guest satisfaction.

I worked during 13 months in Time-share market accomplishing company objectives with efficiency.
