Predicted that using this application “as is” would triple their wireless data usage resulting in an increase of $20M annual cost. Wrote proposals and presented finding and possible solutions to key cuistomer managers that resulted in awarding multi-million contract to supply services and products. Successfully lead system implementation and rollout on time with high level of quality.

• Lead team to architect and design server middleware used to build high performance wireless and wireline communications products. Within six months, a prototype was developed and demonstrated to world-class OEM that lead to a 1st customer Original Equipment Manufacturer contract.

• Implemented custom docking station software to transfer data files between mobile computers and server. Recognized by customer for superior documentation and high-quality software.• Lead and directed a technical team to develop a new system as the principal supplier of next generation wireless field service systems. Determined system requirements and developed a solution which included selection of network providers, portable computers and the assessment of implementation impact on existing systems.

• Lead software development team to implement an RF Propagation Prediction system that utilized topographic maps. Completed first phase deliverable of a prototype system on time and on budget.• Invented the first in-building RF Field Measurement System. Under a stringent deadline, developed a prototype system for a commercial trade show. Designed the supporting software and point-of-purchase literature.

• Developed next generation electrocardiogram (ECG) Analysis and Database storage and retrieval products.• Trained support personnel for product prior to introduction. This was uncommon and greatly appreciated since it greatly improved past practices.

• Developed the next generation man-machine interface and data communications products. Initial customers were Littelll Machine Company and to the new GM Saturn plant.• Liaison for Hardware, Electronics and Software development groups to resolve feature decomposition. Developed 4 major milestones plan for the initial release of the product.• Directed software development group of thirteen engineers and developers. Hired contractors as technical and schedule needs dictated.

• Lead the development of state-of-the-art AC drive controller, communications controllers and programmable interface. Product’s flexibility and ease of use allowed sales into the “Slide Drive”, elevator and Fiber Spinning applications.
