• Introduced and ran an $ 8 million per year outsourced facility management operation in a UAW environment involving all aspects of facility management to include building & grounds maintenance, 100 skilled trades, 185 janitorial personnel, supplies and equipment, encompassing 36 buildings , 8 million square feet and 16,000 customers.• Responsible for all management hiring and training with full P & L responsibility.
