I implement and advise best practices to the engineering department for application data layer design, and database administration and development for the Archer IRM Platform SaaS Offering. I perform C# code analysis, participate in code reviews, data analysis, Microsoft SQL Server, MSSQL, relational database administration and development, and AWS Cloud administration. More specifically, I diagnose and cure database, data, and application issues by collecting data from the MSSQL database engine, SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer, DPA, and Data Dog. The updated design would allow for data driven design by blending 3rd and 4th normal form which results in data being returned faster and less storage needed for storing the same amount of data as the original design.• Participated in a feasibility study for changing the Archer IRM SaaS offering's relational database platform to PostgreSQL from Microsoft SQL Server. • Tuning of the Archer SaaS and hosted database environments which resulted in $565,000.00 dollars saved annually in Microsoft SQL Server Licensing.• Detected and corrected bad logic inside of Python Scripts that the Data Dog Agent uses for connecting to MSSQL Instances. The code change was released in Data Dog Agent version 7.37.

I performed full stack development, relational database development, and data engineering for the United States Army. Specifically, I developed and administered Microsoft SQL Server databases, and developed computer information systems, CIS, with website user interfaces.
