I thrive on finding buried costs in complicated credit card statements, helping business owners understand where the costs came from, and then showing them how they can cut those costs. Stay Informed. For businesses that have complex transactions or a high number of transactions a day, the varying interchange rates and surcharges can get very tricky. I inform and educate my clients on everything from basic transaction details to industry updates affecting their business. Solve Problems. I am always on-call for my clients so that I can solve any problem or concern they have. If their payment processing system is down, I’m either on location fixing the problem or on my cell phone walking them through it.Specialties: Offering small-town service with big-town expertise, I work closely with my clients to determine their payment processing needs, find any buried costs that can be eliminated, keep them in the loop on industry changes, and solve any problems that arise.
