 Reviewed client financial performance against the contract. Investigated causes of variances and recommended steps to correct. Assigned ownership of billing for the 2nd largest client (approximately $36 Million in revenue).  Met with senior management of a large client with the purpose of streamlining the payment process, which resulted in $500K pick up in cash, and reduced payment time by upwards of seven days. By auditing client financials, found over $100K in revenue that was being missed. Devised an internal process to ensure the company was not paying benefits for terminated employees. Created month-end financial entries to ensure that all costs were charged to the correct business unit. Supported several Vice-Presidents by providing spend data and analytics, as well as creating financial slides for client Quarterly Business Reviews.

 Created standardized process to ensure that all clients were contacted on a regular basis, which ensured that the team stayed in contact and established productive relationships with their clients. Ensured that all cash was accurately posted to the correct client and invoices.  Worked with senior management on the closing of Accounts Receivable at month-end.

- Manage a team of 5 collectors and 17 billers.- Reduced Billing team head count by 30% by automating manual parts of our billing process while ensuring a total cost-savings of $240K.- Created and implemented Credit & Collections policies and procedures.- Total Accounts Receivable consists of 1500 clients and $40M in Aging.- Led software implementation of Projector PSA for our Consulting & Investigative division. With successful implementation of this software on time and below budget, the division is now able to report on per project profitability and utilization metrics.- Regularly meet in-person with Senior Leaders and executive team of high-profile accounts, both in the U.S. and Canada, on an as-needed basis to resolve issues and develop client relationships.
