Instrumental in creating new business relationships that helped to double the agency size in three years. New business target criteria included; Fortune 1000 in size, complex sales processes, sell and market highly considered purchases, long sales cycles, big-ticket purchases, technical engineered products, multiple decision-makers, highly regulated industries. Developed a new client relationship that eventually became the agency's largest client (30% of total sales.)

Provided necessary engineering, technical sales and marketing support to multiple divisions (engineering and operations) to increase top-line revenue. Responsible for the customer development, maintenance and overall P&L of multiple strategic accounts.

Directed overall IT department that consisted of four (4) direct reports and 60 subordinates. Departments and employees directed included areas and systems in the following: ERP, MIS, BIS, Corporate Network, Help Desk, Intranet, Shop Floor Computing and Document Control.

Managed a technical group that drove cost saving initiatives in an electronic manufacturing environment. Managed major process improvements saving millions of dollars yearly utilizing various technologies/tools (SPC, Black Belt, Lean, Taguchi, etc...) Also developed an automated lot traceability program used for critical components and products generating a highly successful value-add revenue stream.

Managed a technical staff of 18 degreed engineers in a manufacturing / operations environment. Responsible for the continuous improvement of manufacturing services, processes and procedures of highly complex electronic components and subsystems utilizing techniques such as Lean, SPC and TQM. Held Top-Secret Clearance.
