Chief information officer (1999-2008)The company is an importer and supplier, and is processing raw materials for industry. The company is located in two sites in Israel and a branch in Turkey. At the time the company went through administrative and technical changes. I made major changes in the way the company was working, after a careful systems analysis and assimilation of a "Priority" ERP system. The ERP system took care of system integration between production lines, orders, stock management, import/export, book-keeping, tenders, and dashboard systems. New sets of business and production reports and work practices where developed for a more efficient work-flaw and real-time information for managers.A Citrix system was installed back in the year 2000 to allow remote monitoring and access to workstations and sites every ware. Systems security that included OTP and Radios servers, risk management and construction of a DRP system were also under my responsibility. The introduction and use of thin client workstations in Jolybar saved the company significant amount of money.I installed VOIP communication systems between the branches of the company to save telephone and cellular expenses- such as connection of SKYPE to the company telephone exchange (PBX). Three E-commerce web sites where set up by me for different markets.During my work at Jolybar I published tenders and conducted negotiations with suppliers and service provider on a daily basis. rt .

Building the newspaper service desk workflow, training and implementing software that was developed on site for ed sallers , logistics and printing.Operating system, LAN & Wan architecture design, analyzing and support 20 sites of the local branches newspaper.
