Leading the Specialist Accreditation Programme for the Law Society of NSW. The programme assists the profession and public by identifying legal practitioners with specific competence in their area of practice.

Elected Borough Councillor for the Winklebury ward in Basingstoke with a majority of 471 votes in May 2015. Served as Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group, Chairman of Economic, Planning and Housing Committee and a member of Scrutiny Committee.

Responsible for the design and implementation of our Marketing and Business Development Strategy as well as internal communications. I work to ensure that Phillips Solicitors maintains its position as one of Basingstoke's best known and most frequently used solicitors firms. I am responsible for our advertising strategy, the development of thought leadership writing, social media and website upkeep, digital marketing strategy including SEO and the more traditional print marketing. I frequently represent the firm at traditional and non-traditional networking events around the Hampshire and borders area speaking on the firms behalf to potential clients and partners. My role also sees me take a lead in our charitable and community engagement work often running fundraising events for our charities of the year and other national charities. Most recently it also saw me facilitate and present a "Step into Law" event with Basingstoke Consortium to provide interested 15-16 year olds with an opportunity to learn more about working within the legal sector.

I worked assisting the Conservative Group leading the Council and the Leader of the Council. Working on communication and political strategy, drafting press releases and writing speeches as well as assisting in the development of long term plans for the borough.

Working for a West Midlands MEP my work primarily focused on the Transport & Tourism Committee as well as the Delegation for Relations with Canada including parliamentary oversight of CETA negotiations
