I spent 5 years in commercial property broking in Cape Town prior to 1997. I then spent the next 5 and a half years doing key account advertising sales in the media industry in Europe. I have worked for and with large multinational companies and have always excelled. I now run my own Commercial Property Brokerage as well as own and operate Ecoland, a company that makes well priced furniture from wood waste. Specialties: I have done Sales for over 30 years, more specifically the sales of media inventories, property and furniture sales. 5 and a half years of this time was spent doing advertising key accounts sales in Europe to large multinationals. I have specialist knowledge of the commercial property and furniture industries both in SA and abroad. I am a forward thinker and enjoy disruptive marketing and sales techniques.I specialise in property marketing and Internet marketing. I am constantly adding to this knowledge and consider myself an expert in this field.My other interests:I have recently started a business making furniture from reclaimed wood, something that I have had an interest in for a long time. I also spent a year being the the chairman of a group of local residents in my neighbourhood which has the aim of growing food locally in our area for food security and health benefits, while combating rising food prices and securing the quality of our local food supply. I spend a lot of my time developing new ways to reuse waste as a raw material, more specifically wood. I have a large interest in utilising our working environments in a more eco friendly manner.
