The studio has produced innovative online and broadcast content for brands such as Ford, Gatorade, GrubHub, Land Rover, Marriott, Pepsi, Samsung, Staples, and Taco Bell.

As a Senior Vice President at theAudience, a social media agency founded by WME's Ari Emanuel and Facebook's Sean Parker, Joe managed a 40+ person team responsible for the strategy, production, editorialization, and publishing of over 6,000 pieces of content a month on behalf of entertainment clients such as Hugh Jackman, Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron, Usher and brands American Express, Ford, McDonald's and Target. As the largest publisher of content in social, theAudience leveraged its learnings to achieve top rankings for its clients across product launches, book sales, album sales, concert sales, theatrical releases, television ratings, as well as Super Bowl campaigns and political elections.

As Vice President of Brand Strategy at DigiSynd, a full service social media agency wholly owned by The Walt Disney Company, Joe led the development and execution of social media strategies for ABC, Disney Channel, Disney Parks and Resorts, ESPN, Pixar, and Walt Disney Studios. Frequently honored with press mentions and awards - including multiple Webbys, many of DigiSynd's social media innovations achieved from the direct global management of over 350 social media channels across Disney brands, franchises, and characters have since been recognized as industry best practices and adopted by nearly every major brand and marketing agency.

As head of Business Development at Genex, the largest independent interactive agency in Los Angeles, Joe led the development of award winning websites and ecommerce / digital CRM strategies on behalf of Cessna, Comcast, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, PNC Bank, and Warner Brothers, among many others. Joe helped transition the company, post-acquisition, into the leading interactive division of Meredith (now Accenture).
