Corporate-wide responsibility for the Information Systems operation and strategic direction Responsible for Leadership in all IS disciplines including network infrastructure, security, help desk, application development, database management and the installation and support of all Enterprise systems.

Responsible for the Centralized Domestic End-User Support (EUS) Group. Reduced cost of the 800 number modem pool by 50% and increased productivity.
