I have over 34 years IT experience with positions of senior level responsibility. I hold 15+ years experience specifically managing the technology and staff required to support the demands of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. My background is diverse as I have managed and lead most IT disciplines with a heavy concentration on Infrastructure, Call Centers, Client Services and Project Planning. The combination of technical skills, operational knowledge and responsibility have been the cornerstone of my success as I am able to build both the confidence of the staff as well as the confidence of management through solid decision making, execution and accountability.
