I managed team that oversaw the lifecycle of 350K company owned devices installed in retail locations around the globe. Management included developing and approving all software and hardware updates, as well as designing and defining new hardware and supporting platforms.

I built a team that sourced, designed, developed and implemented kiosks around the globe. This included installing and managing company owned hardware as well as supporting design and development efforts of customers who put our services on their kiosk. I deployed 3500 company owned kiosks that captured over $100M of digital revenue. Those kiosks exceeded digital revenue plan/forecast by 10+%. The kiosk design supported high uptime percentages and low support cost.

I supported high priority customer acquisitions/retention efforts, POS lifecycle hardware evaluations, and key company POS initiatives. One of the most challenging POS systems was to design a product integration to a large international grocery chain. My design ultimately secured the chain's business in several countries around the globe. I proposed a Patent Innovation Team and led that team, resulting in 400% increase in patent applications. I designed, developed and implemented an "emergency" change to staging process in 3 days that retained business in a large 7000+ location customer.

I assembled and led a team that managed transactional systems roadmaps resulting in timely delivery of the right product or product enhancement. I delivered a retail product from conception to pilot in 100 days that allowed the signing of an 8000+ location agent. I led the design, development, testing of a full-service retail Windows Java application that was installed in over 100K locations around the world and processed 40+% of companies’ transactions. I assembled a business case and built a new touchscreen retail transition terminal that was installed in over 32K locations and processed 90% of companies staged transactions. I sold and then implemented a new host to host transactional system that processed > 50% of transactions around the globe with 400+ large retail customers.
