• Completed an intensive 12-month programme in preparation for an Operations Manager role. Secured my first permanent Operations Manager position 6-months into the programme
• Apprenticeship co-ordinator for the Bristol & Cardiff area – ensuring the training element of the project was kept on track and to quality
• Assigned to a series of underperforming hotels with performance and personnel issues, ensuring they improved their performance to Whitbread’s KPI standards. This culminated in leading a team of 25 in a 90 bed hotel

I represented the voice of over 450 students to faculty staff. I ensured accurate and detailed feedback was providing for the university to ensure changes and improvements could be made for the current and future cohort. This involved attending regular meetings with key stakeholders in the faculty.

A multi-platform support service for the students of Greater Manchester. Created and delivered an intensive 6 week training programme to 40 new volunteers with direct management of 10 trainers. Effective use of budgets and resources. Also lead a team of volunteers who ran the email and IM part of the service.

Spending 5 weeks in Sri Lanka, I provided stimulating sessions to both children and adults who had special needs and/or mental health problems. These sessions took place in a range of places from people’s homes to mental health hospitals.
