As the CEO of APG, I lead a dynamic and innovative company that provides standard and customized gaskets and seals to distributors in North America.Previously, I was the CEO of Motor City Industrial, a private equity backed platform company that acquired and invested in several industrial distribution businesses. Under my leadership, Motor City developed CribBoss supply chain technologies, such as industrial vending, lockers, and weight based bins, to deliver usage reporting and supply chain mapping for its customers. I, my management team, and the investors of Motor City successfully exited the business at over 4.5X MOIC.I also oversaw a regional business unit at Fastenal, managing a large-scale distribution hub, logistics network, and warehouse operations. Throughout my career, I have developed my skills in key account management, sales operations, sales growth, P&L management, and budgeting.
