In my 12+ years experience in customer service (eight of them in specialty coffee), I've worked in local businesses spanning six cafes, a bar, and a record store, as well as larger corporate entities like Starbucks, Hy-Vee, and ADT Solar. Right now my career focus is on growing my experience in the insurance sector through Customer Service.I've worked primarily with small businesses and started one of my own, gaining two years of experience in community development, engagement, and management, as well as leadership during that time. I'm an advocate for conscious environmental practices, conservation, and renewable energies. I'm a self-trained and amateur videogame developer and music composer. I have a passion for bringing people together through games, art, and a collective love for the world we inhabit, and plan for my career to reflect that.
