In general, I am responsible for reaching out to and providing career advice to Software Engineers interested in working at Google. - I was part of starting the Google Chicago recruiting team and sourcing efforts. - I have helped grow the Chicago Google team and have assisted in mentoring and developing new peers. - I have consistently have exceeded metrics.

During my time at Allegis Group Services I worked both under Aerotek and TEKsystems (see below).

TEKsystems is the largest IT staffing company in the country. We focus on all disciplines of IT; Infrastructure, Applications, and Telecommunications. We fulfill contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement positions for our clients. I focus on fulfilling needs in the Applications space and do so by identifying, screening, and meeting with qualified candidates and presenting them to our Chicagoland clients.

Primary responsibilities for the first year were to recruit and saturate account with qualified candidates to achieve revenue growth, and achieve revenue growth through saturating national client sites Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidatesEstablish and nurture relationships with key client contacts and foster new relationships to identify future opportunities with client organizationDevelop and maintain relationships with internal staffing managers Partner with local and national sales resources in developing strategies for saturation of client on a local and national levelEmploy all available value-add resources in order to saturate accountIdentify qualified candidates for openings using all available recruiting toolsPerform and/or oversee administrative demands per client/customer specifications.Allocate and collaborate with all available recruiting resourcesProvide ongoing mentoring and development of other recruiters, sourcing specialists, etc. specifically related to servicing clientResponsible for directing performance of recruiters, sourcing specialists, CSAs, etc.Distribute daily requirements from VMS tool to each program recruiter for fulfillment.Attend quarterly Report Card meetings with client Vendor Liaison Confirm interviews/offers, and problem resolution for candidate submittals and current contractor base.Assist other key markets in the recruiting of qualified candidatesAssist National Account Director with compliance, auditing, reporting, and communicating Rules of Engagement and Account Strategy
