Leading the engineering department. Project & product management of consumer products. I am the technical manufacturer liaison, product research & development, engineering documentation and quality control of Oliso's products. I effectively work with sales, marketing, operations, finance & executive departments of the company to develop products from sketch to production. If there is any support that is necessary by the other departments, I am there to help them.

Design and document mechanical systems using SolidWorks.Design Sheet Metal & plastic RIM molded parts, as well as part sourcing.Engineer various mechanical systems ranging from medical, high tech & advanced lighting luminaries.Manufacture parts on a Stratasys FDM machine (3D printer).

I worked here during my attendance at UC Davis to obtain my bachelors degree. I started in Support Services supervising 5-10 employees in maintaining the transit vehicles. Then went into transit driving. To gain some more leadership experience I began working in the driver training department as an Assistant Driver Trainer - in behind-the-wheel instruction for new employees. I also worked with new employees with evaluating their performance as a Route Trainer.

While here I was the forefront of customer service. I wrote new repair orders, was the liaison of communication between the technicians and the customers, time managed technicians work-load, prepared auto repair estimates, purchased auto parts from vendors, answered phones and made customer appointments for repair.
