Since spending "Spring Breaks" in high school and college working at the feed and take off ends of the presses at Sutherland Packaging, I have worked in every area of the organization. I have operated machines, repaired and upgraded machines, driven trucks and forklifts and managed in production, maintenance and shipping. The goal was always jumping in wherever needed to get the customer what they wanted when they wanted it. As our production capacity grew considerably with investment in new equipment in 2009 it was decided that I should start to venture outside our walls and use my knowledge to help customers understand what we can do for them with high graphic, high gloss POP displays. Now in 2018, we are in the final stages of an investment of $20mil between our plants in NJ and PA. We have added a 6 color, 2 side press, flat die cutter, 6 color digital press and supporting equipment at our NJ plant and have installed a brand new 112" corrugator at our PA plant right next to our 8 year old 112" that got a full rebuild last year. Excited to be facing the future with such a solid foundation!
