In summary, I planned and scheduled software change orders for an engineering team and successfully managed 30-40 simultaneous change orders at a given time to deliver billable revenue for our organization.As the Customer Satisfaction Manager I also identified new ways we could leverage our existing customer base in order to create new revenue streams for the company. Proactively reached out to customers to share with them some of the latest technology advancements from Metafile, as well as worked to understand why they left Metafile if they had selected another vendor.
