• Conduct comprehensive intake admissions for new referrals through interview, assessment, collection of previous service records, and collaboration with other service providers.• Assist individuals in accessing benefits and services by providing information and education about community resources.• Advocate for and promote full inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all opportunities in the community.• Complete documentation and reports on a weekly and quarterly basis to ensure eligibility, funding, and compliance with state and agency policy.• Ensure all enrollment activities adhere to established procedures of accountability and confidentiality according to contracts and regulatory entities.• Collaborates with local employers to seek potential job opportunities for organization constituents.• Reorganized the program structure of Employer Services including program processes, documents, and records management.
