Responsible for professionalizing the programming and management of South Dakota's 11-FM station public radio network, and by creating relationships and working them brought a significant increase in Black Hills/West River content to air, legitimizing SDPB Radio as a "Statewide Network". Upgraded and coached on-air talent, created professional relationship between programming and development, expanded news operation in Rapid City from one to three reporters and developed from scratch a pre-professional internship program with six colleges/universities described as "transformational" for the network. Professionalized relationship with Development and on-air programming resulting in a tripling of on-air fundraising. Won Regional Emmy award for voice work on both Radio and TV networks.

Managed 25 talk hosts, producers and news anchors. Specialized in identifying and training successful non-radio men and women as authentic and unique on-air talent. For five years was exclusive on-air fill-in host for market's top-rated afternoon drive talk show and one of very few managers also on-air in history of station. Was described by sales department as the most sales-friendly program director they had ever worked with.
