Joette has worked as a coach, facilitator, and organizational consultant since 2003, working primarily within the public and charitable sectors in Scotland and abroad. She is an expert facilitator, and has designed and delivered more than 150 development programmes in organisations ranging from small community health projects and the NHS to international NGO’s. She draws on systems-thinking, psychodynamic approaches, positive psychology and neuroscience to support organisations as they are changing- in planned and unplanned ways. Joette has coached 300+ senior staff in a range of professions and services.Joette blends her significant experience, continuous professional development, creativity, curiosity, faith in neuroplasticity and enthnusiasm for our human potential to everything that she does. In addition to a post-graduate MA in Psychology (1993), Diploma in Consultancy and Facilitation (2007) , Joette is an ICF Master level Certified Coach (2004), and will gain two Certificates in 2024- Systemic Leadership Coaching and Constellations, and Neuroscience of Change. Joette is also interested in the wisdom held in our bodies, and practices that enable us to tap into it.
