- Designed and executed a general-election rural field plan; directed a program that knocked 103,000 doors, made 200,000 voter contact and fundraising calls, and sent 50,000 texts; resulting in more than 144,000 general election votes cast, an unprecedented number for a Democrat in MI-01.- Recruited, trained, and empowered a field staff consisting of 2 deputy field directors, 5 full-time field organizers, and 15 interns, all who contributed to mobilizing 600+ volunteers.- Pioneered coordinated efforts with 12 separate candidate and issue-based campaigns throughout the state.- Built out and managed all voter contact databases.- Designed and maintained all field related data and reports, providing analytical context for internal strategy, also responsible for creating and interpreting field data reports for donors and and prospective investors.

- Built out and executed candidates daily schedule; this responsibility included all campaign activity decisions, as well as overall management of the candidates day-to-day life. - Established and maintained relationships with local, state and federal officials, business owners, and community leaders to stimulate public action, voter turnout, campaign donation referrals, and candidate support.- Staffed the candidate for all fundraising, community and voter outreach, and media events in a 25,000 sq. mile Congressional district (MI-01). - After a technicality removed the candidate from the primary ballot, personally oversaw and contributed to a write-in effort that received more than 29,000 validated votes – the most in history for a non-incumbent candidate seeking federal office.

- Researched and developed an entire donor database for the campaign that yielded $1.3 million. - Directed campaign operations as the only full-time staff.- Created, maintained and strengthened relationships with key donors; raising more than $350,000 in the first 6 months of the job. - Recruited and hired 2 part-time staff members and 5 interns; developed training program for all new campaign hires.- Scheduled and planned fundraising events that often exceeded financial goals and expectations.- Direct oversight of internal technology related to donor data entry, working directly with a national financial compliance firm.- Created and successfully executed finance plan with financial forecasting for each fundraising quarter.Developed and executed the campaigns digital fundraising strategy.- Established relationships with key labor and social member organizations, which resulted in successfully securing more than $200,000 in Political Action Committee funds and allowing direct communications to thousands of voters. - Planned and managed candidates personal fundraising efforts. - Coordinated strategies with national consultants to execute a successful, coordinated effort.
