Manager of the Public Sector practice for Hudson in Wellington. This team included HR, Communications, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain and Policy perm and contract recruitment services.Responsible for ensuring both financial and activity targets met.

Account management for existing key clients, new business development and bid management for SME businesses across the Auckland region.

Set up the Auckland office of rec2REC. Grew the client and candidate database and then the team to 6 consultants. Specialists in the supply of experienced and 'new to industry recruiters' to both recruitment companies (boutique to multinational) and internal corporate recruitment teams.

Set up the TMP Industrial recruitment business in Wellington and Christchurch. Established systems and processes, recruited teams in both locations and developed new business relationships.
