As HR and Operations Director for the Burghley House Preservation Trust, I work with and support managers and 200+ employees across the Estate, including Burghley House and Gardens leisure and visitor attraction, Burghley Land and Property (Estate management and residential and commercial property business) and Burghley Horse Trials. As well as having management and operational responsibility for Burghley Park Golf Club.I have responsibility for employee relations, L&D, recruitment, wellbeing, reward, H&S, internal comms and working with Executive Chair and CEO developing and delivering our overall strategic vision.

Jo provides HR services and training to companies of all sizes, on an ad hoc or retained basis. Services include:- operational HR support and guidance; HR strategy and leadership; HR policy design and implementation; and design and delivery of Learning & Development events.
