Recruited by the CEO to design and develop the enterprise data architecture and reporting system, providing the basis to transform the OneVue product offering from a single application to an enterprise platform.* Designed and prototyped the OneVue Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence application that was used to secure a client sale and an agreement to co-fund the development of the system increasing annual revenues.* Negotiated a favorable commercial agreement with Thunderhead to utilize their technology in the production of electronic and printed output leading to significant cost savings.* Designed and implemented a new correspondence platform that dramatically improved the correspondence/ communication functionality across the enterprise platform expanding capabilities while at the same time eliminating 5 redundant, proprietary systems.* Served as a leader in the creation and implementation of a new architectural framework to move OneVue’s single application into an integrated, modular enterprise application suite which decreased development time and costs.
