Strong Coupling: Hybrid light-matter modes- MPhys research project in the Electromagnetic and Acoustic Materials research group;- Investigating the effect of strong coupling of modes derived from photonic structures and vibrational energy levels in materials;- Part of a team involved in the fabrication, characterisation and analysis of such systems;- Principal duties include obtaining and analysing FTIR spectroscopy data.

I format the Journal of Undergraduate Science and Technology (JUST). JUST is a student led journal based in Exeter University's College of Engineering Maths and Physical Science. I contacted the journal team during summer 2014, keen to offer my LaTeX skills to give JUST a more professional feel. I also help with editing the content from a physics student's standpoint, as well as aiding the rest of the team with my own thoughts and ideas on the progression of the journal.
