At SIRE we improve the quality of life for people with special needs through therapeutic horsemanship activities and therapies, and educational outreach. Through our three locations we serve 300 special needs neighbors gain the physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of therapeutic riding each week. It is amazing the improvements that can be made through the movement of the horse. Though we serve people with a wide variety of diagnosis from 3 years old to 80 years old about 60% of our riders are children and 30% fall on the autism spectrum.
