Innovation lead for North America Manufacturing at Stellantis. Responsible for leading North America Manufacturing Innovation and the development of Stellantis Global Innovation process.

Responsible for the development and alignment of Early Product Management, Innovation and People Development for Manufacturing Engineering. Developed Key Performance Indicators and methodology for listed areas. Led and reviewed progress of Stamping, Powertrain and Vehicle Assembly within North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and Asia Pacific.

Managed manufacturing and product engineering groups in the development of new Powertrain, Suspension, Chassis, Fuel and Brake systems though implementation of product standards and resolution of product driven manufacturing issues.

Selected as the World Class Technology Early Product Management (EPM) Pillar Lead for North America Vehicle Assembly. Responsible for leading and developing employees and managers from Vehicle Assembly, Paint, Stamping and Powertrain. Responsible for identifying required skills, developing training and closing knowledge gaps.Involved in the development of World Class Technology (WCT). Successfully represented the EPM pillar in FCA's 1st and 2nd WCT audit to Global VP of Manufacturing with excellent feedback.

Led Feasibility team in the development of the new RAM Pickup Truck.Assigned and communicated manufacturing feasibility evaluations for new product designs and managed the development of the manufacturing bill of materials.Attended daily launch meetings at the plant to resolve emerging issues and reported status to top leadership.

Responsible for managing Early Product Management activities for the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Product group including global lessons learned, benchmarking, and implementation of design for assembly principles.Led and managed the development of Early Product Management Specialist.Responsible for alignment of the early product management group across all regions. Reported North America status to the regional and global managers.Facilitated and led the development of a new process for implementing Design for Assembly. Scheduled weekly DFA team meetings, set targets with senior management, kept the DFA team on track and made sure we were heading in a unified direction.Led Complexity Reduction Team with Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics and Product Engineering to find new ways to reduce and manage complexity on future vehicles. Successfully completed FCA’s New Leader Program in April of 2017.

Facilitate the expansion of Early Product Management to various manufacturing and engineering organizations/activities such as WPI (Workplace Integration), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), PPIW (Product and Process Integration Wall), OTP (Operation Transformation Process), logistics, ergonomics, error and mistake proofing, digital scroll, hoist reviews, vehicle teardown/benchmark, design reviews, mock up, and other manufacturing and engineering activities with a focus to minimize late product changes and to optimize new program launches.The key objectives of this position are to ensure successful launch of new programs through Early Product Management implementations and to minimize plant losses due to design weaknesses by capturing all lessons learned from current productions.

Managed the development of parts and assemblies for the Dodge Dart, Jeep Cherokee, Chrysler 200 and Chrysler Pacifica.Responsible for managing the Part Creation Process, GD&T, Welding/Structures, Durability, Noise Vibration and Harness, Impact Analysis, Cost Breakdowns, Part Sourcing, Production Changes, etc.

Developed Fifth Wheel Hitches and Mounting Kits using Solid Works and Cosmos Finite Element Analysis(FEA) software.

Designed, tested and launched large rotary screw air compressors used mainly for the oil drilling industry.

Designed new spark plug assemblies and test fixtures for Autolite. Developed first ceramic filter and sensor for the diesel particulate filter assembly required for Tier 4 Emission Standards.
