Every day at Apple Woodfield—the largest mall in Illinois—brings the fun challenge of working with a very diverse range of people, including the many international customers traveling through nearby O'Hare Airport. Each experience with a customer is a unique opportunity to uncover and align with their goals and needs and to present clear, relevant options that empower them to choose the best solution.

The rigorous, project-based curriculum covered the end-to-end design process including user experience, visual and front-end development. Regular feedback and challenges from my mentor, along with opportunities for pair-designing, were the most valuable aspects of the program.
