Orchestrated key business operations and delivered strategic initiatives individually and as a People Manager within the EMEA Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) and Customer and Field Advocacy (CFA) teams.• Developed strategic plan to decrease time and handoffs between customer issues and their resolution, as part of broader effort that reduced cases from 80k to 20k per year.• Developed a proposed global restructuring involving 61 regional Program Manager roles that was accepted and executed in Sep 2015• Created an “Echelon” model to align resources to stakeholders in proportion to their value. Led the MSIT Solutions Delivery team accountable for the suite of global online applications which comprised the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) program. These applications drove 114% MPN growth over nine years, serving 640,000 partner organizations which generated 95% of Microsoft’s total revenue.• Led or was the primary contributor to 17 major MPN releases in nine years, 15 of which were on-time and on-budget, budgeted at $59 million.• Selected by management to analyze and make recommendations on reorganizing 4100 Microsoft IT (MSIT) FTEs and 2000 vendors into a “process unit based” organization. • Created and led the exec-level Re-Enrollment Control Team, accountable for ensuring partner ability to re-enroll in MPN during peak season. Resulted in a 6% increase in net satisfaction and $200k savings in call volumes.• Selected for and participated in Microsoft’s Exceptional Potential (ExPo) program.

Successfully led virtual and dedicated cross-functional teams on high-profile projects for key Fortune 100 clients worldwide.• Directed the Day One Readiness Team for a $1.7B divestiture. Managed a group of eight from both companies in the successful development and implementation of a strategy to certify operational readiness across 25 critical processes in 42 locations worldwide.• Led a multi-company international team in Busan, Korea which analyzed the production processes of a Korean-based aircraft supplier resulting in a 10% reduction in total costs. Client received Supplier of the Year honors from the aircraft manufacturer. • Performed a strategic competitive analysis of the rival Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) programs and presented the results at the Pentagon.

Selected by senior management to be the technical and marketing liaison between the Paris HQ and the company’s North American division. • Researched and conducted technical presentations in French and English to senior management on marketing trends and R&D innovations while working months at a time in Paris and Normandy.• Sent to Tokyo, Japan to troubleshoot a problematic Honda seating program. Developed the recommended plan that was implemented to resolve the issue, putting the program back in green status.
