As the Chief Learning Officer, I activate Microsoft’s culture by building organizations of learn-it-alls with a growth mindset. My team defines, shapes, and empowers the future of work and the workforce of the future through leading our skilling, learning, organization development, and flexible work efforts. I've spent 10 years of my 24 years at Microsoft in Finance, including leading the Merger & Acquisitions Venture Integration group, where I built a practice that facilitated the closure and integration of more than 130 acquisitions including LinkedIn and Minecraft, divestitures and joint ventures representing $31B+ in consideration, and adding over 34,000 new employees worldwide to Microsoft.Outside of work, I get energy through serving on non-profit and corporate boards with a focus on the future of work, economic development, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, sustainability, and neuroscience. I received my MSOD from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and my undergraduate degree from the University of Montana.
