Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, I work with the senior leadership team to define, facilitate and lead key initiatives to scale operations and support the company’s growth goals across North America.

Responsible for transforming and scaling Revature’s graduate technology recruitment program to become one of the largest annual employers of college graduates as software engineers in the U.S. Hired new recruitment leadership team and worked with them to develop and execute a plan to successfully scale recruitment of graduate software engineers over 600% in 2 years. Responsible for building Revature’s on-campus Regional Technology Training Academies and growing the annual training capacity to over 3,000 software engineers. Work with University Presidents, Senior Government Officials and Economic Development Boards to build Regional Technology Training Academies to increase the technology talent pipeline across New York, Florida, Texas and West Virginia.

Responsible for building and implementing all strategic partnerships with top-tier universities to support the scaling of Revature’s graduate recruitment efforts. Established 18 strategic University Partnerships representing a student body of 1.3m and 12% of the annual computer science graduates in the U.S. Established partnerships with various organizations and associations to support diversity initiatives and provide pathways for all college graduates to high value technology careers.
