I received a B.A. degree in graphic design from Minnesota State University Moorhead. As a student, I developed my creative passion. I concentrated on finding new ways to set my projects apart from other students. Shortly after college, I began to broaden my horizons and took on learning website design. I am always focusing on designing powerful and engaging ways to connect with an audience. I am a young designer and have a good grasp on the current marketing techniques. I believe in order to create a brand you must really understand the person. I believe that to enlighten someone about a product is a much more powerful way to sell your brand than to persuade them. Out of college I worked on freelance projects and working at the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx as a web design intern. Some of my areas of responsibilities include updating the site, removal of expired content, creating new pages, designing banners and wallpapers, and helping with the flash development of online modules, widgets, and other applications. I also assisted with the setup of team social networking sites, which include Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and Youtube.Lately, I have been working with the Fox 9 Televisions Sales Department. I am part of a progressive, forward thinking, and deadline oriented team that is responsible for the online marketing and interactive initiatives. I specialize in Interactive Marketing, Web and Print Design, and Promotions. I utilize the MyFoxTwinCities.com to maximize profits. Some of my areas of responsibilities include but our not limited to working with clients to market themselves on the myfoxtwincities.com website, creating the web and print advertising materials, updating the website as well as taken old material off the website, helping working with the sales team to coordinate promotions, setting up and sending out email blasts, and creating all online contest. I also help with order entry and have set up social media landing pages for Fox9.Specialties: Is designing new and innovative ways to brand companies, sell products, and promote material.
