Achieved year over year new product sales growth by establishing a group of rangers to expand education institutions channel and integrate brand content strategy with engaging talks. Achievement: More than 2,600 the school accounts remains active and 1,000 schools benefited from the education program. 2. Plan and develop annual marketing communication strategies with comprehensive online and offline advertising program to maintain growth in sales at regional and national level.3. Oversee and plan digital marketing strategy through site optimization, Google Ads, Youtube Advertising, Social Media Targeting (Facebook, WeChat and Instagram), KOL, social Influencers and bloggers to boost sales for new developed products and festive campaigns. Achievement: Raya short-film “Diari Ramadan Opah” selected as top 5 viral video with over 3.4 million views in 2017 and “Ramadan Terbaik Syawal” with over 7.8mil views in 2018.4. Maximise corporate branding through media conferences, organize press briefings, media tours, media relations activities, spokesperson’s profiling, featured stories and media release send-out. 5. Conceptualize thematic campaigns in collaboration with media establishments, production houses and creative agency.6. Develop corporate responsibility initiatives with PR personnel to build positive brand image. Achievement: Top 20 Finalist of StarBiz - ICRM Corporate Responsibility Awards 2009 and marked new record in Malaysia Book of Record with the largest origami peacock and displayed at SJK© Yok Bin, Melaka.

Key Roles:Tour Marketing, Retail Operation, Tour for Educational Institutions, Sales and Cross Promotions. 1. Maintain good partnership with tour agency to contribute consistent inbound and outbound tours to the visiting outlet. Achievement: 15% year over year sales growth for the outlet.2. Responsible for merchandising and strategic tour planning to ensure pleasant experience for all visitors.3. Motivate and mentor direct reports included merchandiser, promoters and tour marketing officers.
