I handle inventory management, production control, and special packaging requirements while monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure the delivery of the terms of the contract. My role as the Senior Estimator, Outsource Manager and Production Scheduler at CaxtonWeb involved providing accurate quotations for large complex work including tenders in consultation with directors and account managers using ‘Quote and Print’ software, liaising with industry contacts to obtain quotations for procurement material and outsourced components of work that couldn’t be handled in house, and proofing documents for quality control.

My role comprised of planning printing work for AMP, Foxtel & all corporate accounts, along with monitoring KPIs, managing stock allocation and inks, liaising with the production managers regarding deadlines and print quality, and monthly client meetings to remedy operational issues.
