Established strict requirements and managed them through a rigorous systems engineering approach and oversight of the design and manufacturing process.• Directed the aircraft development program acquisition contract team which included VP of Supply Chain, CFO, President, and General Council. Supported contract writing and negotiations including contract structure, program phases, terms and conditions, statement of work, responsibilities, governance, price, and incentives. Coordinated with supply chain, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and operations team to incorporate lessons learned on existing aircraft. Contract scope includes non-recuring engineering, building of two aircraft, and flight testing.
